2. Prices

All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. In the shopping cart you see the total price including all taxes.

 

3.1 Payment

Payment is made at the selected payment at checkout. The payment method provided by Bambora and we offer card payment, Vipps payment and invoice / partial payment. Card deductions are made when the item has been sent.

 

3.2.1 Invoice & partial payment

In collaboration with Collector Bank, we offer a safe and simple invoice and partial payment solution. The service offers you a one-time credit as payment for your purchases. The one-time credit means that the credit is tied to the individual purchase and that you as a consumer have no further outstanding credit relationship with Collector Bank. When choosing an invoice, the due date is 30 days. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address you have provided or to your registered address, depending on your choice of distribution method at the time of purchase. When choosing an invoice, you can choose to pay the entire amount immediately or alternatively log in to bill.collectorpayments.no and apply for a partial payment agreement.

To be able to use the service, you must have a permanent and official Norwegian residential address at the time of purchase and be at least 18 years old. The payment method is only available to private individuals, and assumes that you have taken care of your financial obligations and have a good payment history.

A credit check is carried out in connection with the purchase. The credit assessment is performed by Collector Bank Payment Services AS, and the information will not be stored at the online store where the purchase is made. Your personal information will only be used to decide whether or not to grant credit. In the event of late or non-payment, a reminder fee and default interest and any costs of debt collection will be added.

3.2.2 Questions related to your invoice or partial payment

3.3.3 Repayment for invoice and partial payment purchases

If you have paid your invoice or partial payment, but later regret your purchase, you have a receivable from Collector Bank. Collector Bank will refund the amount you have paid after we have received information from the dealer about an approved return. The refund will be made to your account and you must therefore inform us of your bank account number and invoice information.

 

3.3.4 Price

An invoice fee may be added to the invoice with 30 days due. For partial payment, a monthly fee of NOK 39 and an interest rate of 21% will be charged. Normally, partial payment is offered over 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months specified according to the purchase price.

4.2 Deliveries

Orders placed before 14.00 are processed on the same day and are usually delivered within 7-14 days. Delivery takes place directly to the address you have specified when ordering

 

4.3 Damaged goods and right of complaint

When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or damaged, you can contact us via post@freshwaternorway.com for further instructions. You have a two-year right of complaint in accordance with Norwegian law.

 

 

5. Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item can be returned in the original packaging, and is essentially unchanged. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it must not be used beyond that. When you exercise the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping yourself

If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date we received the goods.

In connection with the order, you accept that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to offer the service that you expect from us. We will not share your personal information with third parties.

Such an exception applies provided that the operation cannot be performed under these conditions. The other party shall be notified immediately of the circumstances of use of this provision

 

9.2 Change of contract

After you as a customer have made a purchase, we have no right to change the terms of the relevant purchase unless otherwise agreed.
